Save Rohingya Muslims ||| News World

The number of Rohingya Refugees fleeing a military crackdown in Burma has now topped 370,000, a crisis that the United Nations Human Rights Chief called "a textbook example of ethnic cleansing". The UN also admitted that it could go much higher. The relief efforts have been rapidly overwhelmed, with stocks of food, temporary shelter kits and other supplies running very low. Our teams are on the ground in Bangladesh & Burma, Alhamdulillah. As the crisis deepens, our teams, along with the support of local partners, are providing emergency relief items such as food, water, hygiene kits, basic supplies, temporary shelters, medicine as well as long-term assistance. IRC's Executive Director will be on the ground in Bangladesh to coordinate the relief work on September 15, 2017, Insha Allah (IRC's Executive Director). ICNA Relief Canada has spent over $1 million dollars in serving Rohingya Muslims since 2012. Additionally, we have spent over $400,000 since August 25. The need is much higher. Your generous support is urgently needed.
