The day before the Jor, 16 November, 2017, important decisions of the Shurah and the scholar’s meeting on the topic of invitation:
One. The decision will be taken in all the matters of Kakrail Marakaz
in the capital as usual.
Two. On the day-to-day general management related issues, Mukim (standing permanently in Kakrail) will be able to attend the meeting.
Three. Special about three things:
(A) Advice about a person
(b) Economic advice
(c) Advice on communication and consultation with the government, or any other important and sensitive temporal advice, without the permission of the person, the person or any other person cannot attend.
Four. The most important decision in today's meeting is that Ahl al Shurah in Kakrail has been absolutely agreeable that they have received the following 5 scholars as their patron and adviser. Whenever there is a need to be felt or to think about the ulama, then complex and important things will be presented before this ulama committee and will accept their judgment. These five authors are:
(1) Allama Ashraf Ali, co-chairman of Darul Uloom Madaniya Jatrabari, Gulshan Central (Azad) Khatib

According to the previous meeting's decision, No elder in India and Pakistan will come together to this 5 days jor 2017. They have been judged by the order of Shurah. But wasiful islam. and Khan Mashbuddin Nasim brought the three elder of India and took them to the house of Hannan Sahib in Uttara. The rules are attached to all the Nazmawali Jamat (daftari activities) in Kakrail in the place of Jor.
